Animation, motion graphics is the art of bringing still graphics to life. I meditate regularly, and I've noticed recently that the sensations I experience in my body when meditating... are somewhat similar (on a reduced level) to the sensations I feel when animating.
Meditation is a conscious action to intensify or expand the life giving energy that 'animates' the body - the energy that departs the body upon death. Meditation improves the immune system, the neurological and chemical structure of the body and generally works to bring a sense of peace and 'lightness' to the emotions (energy in motion) and mind.
I think.. when you love what you do.. it makes sense that a process occurs in your body that is similar to the effects of meditation. Love what you do! it's life enhancing!
